Mitts and Trays was born out of a love of baking, but it’s not all about cookies and cakes. With a menu that takes care of breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner, Mitts and Trays is an all day dining experience.
And with a mouth-watering array of sandwiches made from homemade bread, superfood salads and plenty of wholesome main courses, there’s a committed focus on health, quality and nutrition.
Everything is made from scratch from fresh, locally-sourced ingredients, there are lots of vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options and we even make our own mayonnaise from scratch, hand made dressings and sauces.
